The best Tabbouleh you will ever try!
You know those times you want to make something but no single recipe you find requires the ingredients you have to work with… soooo I took inspiration from all the images and threw together my own version! AND man oh man is it a goodie!! I showed it over on my Snapchat and have been hounded to hurry up and post so here we go!

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Bulgar Wheat
2 Cups chopped Parsley
3 Tomatoes deseeded and diced
2 Spring onions sliced
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Oil
2 teaspoons Man Grind
Bring 1 cup of water to the boil, add your bulgar wheat and turn off the stove. Let it sit for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. While the bulgar wheat is sitting chop your parsley, tomatoes and spring onions.
Mix the cooked bulgar wheat with the parsley, spring onions and tomatoes.
To make the dressing mix the lemon juice, oil and man grind until emulsified and stir through the tabbouleh!
That’s it! You’re done! Easy as that!! Today I had it for lunch in a Farrah’s Garden Spinach Wrapย with 2 Scrambled Eggs, Mesclun Salad Leaves, Hummus and Aji Hot Sauce! Sooooo good!
